The center button placket is pleated. The waist is pleated also to draw attention to the waist. Has large shoulder pads. 100% polyester with a satin like look. Size: 8 (runs small, fits like a Sz 4). I am a Sz 4 and this fit. Could possible fit a Sz 6. The key is waist size which is shown in photo.
