Brand new, with tags. These shoes have that clean factory shoes, smell and are brand new. They’ve never been worn in Avon sitting a smoke free home they were tried on at the store. I know that much but after that they’ve just been sitting. Since they are brand new, they have a perfect rating and they’ve been in a smoke free home.
