Middle of vest is 11”
Royal length is 16” and. It does tie in the back

@jlhibben it’s a vintage piece I’m 5’1 and around 101 lbs ish and it’ll button if I don’t tie it super tight, but if I loosen the back tie it gives more to the front. If that helps
