k_b_boutique @mxx1994 you will not have to ship the box back!! posh will be writing back within another day or 2 and will most likely take care of it as a "missing package" . that's how they label things that were broken. i send out a lot of delicate items and unfortunately this happens once and a while. if they dont... I will absolutely take care of you on my end!
