Like new, used once. Bag is flawless, has the black leather shoulder strap so bag can be also be used as a cross body (large cross body). Inside is a deep burgundy leather with Coach stamp/info. I still have the box this bag came in; it was purchased at the Coach store in Rockingham Mall, Salem, NH for $595.00. No low ball offers, this bag is in pristine and hard to find.
