Rare find. NWT Authentic Vintage Formal Cocktail dress in black and white with a peplum skirt. In Amazing condition! Mannequin is a size 2 for size comparison and is approx 5'6". This dress has the structure and flair to be worn to any event be it prom or wedding and gives off an amazing polished look. It can be worn with alot of bling and look fantastic or can stand alone as a statement in itself. It has a size 3/4 tag, however, by today's standards and sizing it is more of a size 2 so I'm listing according to the size of the mannequin that it fits almost perfect.
