Gorgeous Y2K couture dress, velvet and lace, over $800 new. Worn once. Perfect!

This dress is one of the most gorgeous dresses I’ve ever seen. The most beautiful shade of blue with a hint of purple. Velvet and lace. Draped, open shoulder sleeves. Lace trim at hem. Truly exquisite! Only worn once. Perfect condition! Cost over $800 in the 2000s. Has some stretch. No size tag but would fit a size 4 or 6.
