Tote is clean and kept in a clean smoke free home. 1) Outside has marks which I believe may be the cleaning solution marks —resembling water spots or lines. Some cleared after a second rinse. They are very light as is and should come out. Otherwise outside is in good condition. 2) inside has crumbling on the golden color metallic trim, the signature brown with pink Juicy Couture logo fabric lining is nice. 3) marks on handles should come off - mild wear on edges. Large juicy couture tote label says 100% genuine leather, signature design throughout, front has a flap with J metal closure, 2 hang tags: puffy heart with J and metal with clear flower and rhinestones, 4 feet on bottom, cinches around top of sides, opens by top J flap, silver tone hardware.
