ModCloth Doe & Rae Striped Handkerchief Hem Dress

Collared, diagonal striped dress with collar and v-neck with buttons. Tie at waist, but one of the loops is broken as shown. The hook and eye closure clasp is also broken, but it still zips just fine on the side. Dark navy blue with beige white and dull crimson red stripes. Such a flattering dress!
