Gorgeous dress from The Vampire's Wife. Made of silk in a beautiful burgundy color with poppy print. It is a wrap dress that ties in bows at the wait on both sides, and has a v-shape in the back.. Puff sleeves also have ties. And the hem has a ruffle and is a tad longer in the back than the front. It looks so amazing on! Get it now, there are no new pieces coming from the fashion house, as Susie Cave (designer of The Vampire's Wife and wife of Nick Cave) has closed down the company. Excellent condition. Size UK 10, which is a US 6, but would fit a size 4/6 due to the wrap. Reminds me so much of the designer Ossie Clark from 60's amazing dresses. I had one years ago that was very similar to this piece. I included pics of a few other dresses by The Vampire's Wife just to see the print on. But I don;t know the name of this cut, so I couldn't find a picture of this one.I personally think it is even better on than the two in the pic. It's very sexy. I just don;t ten dto wear short sleeves all that much anymore because of where I live. Too cold. No low ball offers please. Full price on this dress was $950.
