Heirloom coat. It has been stored in a zippered garment bag. In great condition. There is no brand or material tags. There is wash instructions and a size tag. The buttons and belt buckle are plastic and the material is either all polyester or a polyester blend. Definitely not a designer coat but still vintage. Measurements done with the garment lying down.
