SABO Skirt Cut-Out Off The Shoulder Dress

100% cotton long sleeve off-the shoulder with a cut out at the waist and snap closure at the bust zipper in the back never worn but washed and needs ironing. the size is too small on my bust and ribcage so I never could get it to work for me!
