This is the Cleobella Maci Ankle dress. It's a beautiful lightweight black fabric with a halter tie neck, slightly open back and optional waist tie. I've included pics of the green version as a reference for the style - please note the waist tie on the black dress is slightly thicker than the green one. It's never been worn, perfect condition
