Chanel petite timeless tote (PTT) with zippered center compartment. This style is the smaller (more square) version of the PST. The caviar leather is very sturdy, great for everyday use. This is a discontinued Chanel style only available in the after market/ consignment and pre-owned selling platforms. In over all good pre-loved condition. No storage smell or musky odor. Signs of wear consistent with pre-loved condition. Interior has some call outs. Interior has stains in both the zippered compartment and the main interior lining. Zipper has some discoloration/ darkening but works very well, no sticking. All other hardware in good condition. Includes Chanel dust bag. W 10" x H 6" (up to zippered compartment portion but 7" up to the portion after the zippered compartment) x D 5" Strap drop 9" All Poshmark purchases $500 up automatically gets sent to Poshmark HQ for authentication. rebeccacobb374 Hey Candy, I just messaged on here cause I couldn’t find where we were messaging but I contacted Poshmark support again for the 5th and I’m not sure it’s doing any good…. But I still have NOT heard anything and I think as of Friday, I might have to seek out past Poshmark for help

icandycloset_ny @rebeccacobb374 ...and your gift with purchase. I couldn't add any more comments on that thread so I had to email them the additional photo. Let's hope they resolve this matter asap so you get paid for the item that they lost in transit post authentication at their facility. And that they remove the transaction from my purchases so I don't have to pay for an item I never received.

And yes, if this doesn't get resolved by end of this week, there should be legal channels to go through that will force PM to rightfully compensate you for the item you sold even if it was stolen, since it was stolen after they authenticated it. And because I’m Poshmark Ambassador 2, I was told that I received priority customer support…… and it’s been almost 5 days and there’s no excuse you can make for that

This does make one pause about doing business on this platform. For you though, you have amassed quite a following already. Thank god I've also had success selling my other items on other reselling platforms.

And it’s a real testament to their business practice that they haven’t even responded or aknowledged my earnings,.……. that purse was turned over and they took custody and authenticated it at which time it’s lost and …….. I AM OUT??!!! So I’m suppose to just be like Ohhh it got lost, I guess I don’t get this money OR purse

icandycloset_ny @rebeccacobb374 and I really was looking forward to receiving your bag because you're the first owner and these days it's hard to find that! I can always buy the same style but usually not from original owner. Don't get me wrong, I do buy pre-owned a lot, and not only from first owners but usually those are the ones in the best condition. After this case is resolved I'm gonna be on the hunt for that style again.

icandycloset_ny @rebeccacobb374 they oughta done that from the get go! I even sent them additional photos of how the box was opened from the bottom too and taped over with clear tape. They wanted the top of the box to look pristine so it wouldn't be easily noticed upon delivery. It really is very unprofessional how Poshmark support doesn't not really rpcife any real support at all. No protection for the seller or the buyer

However as a new seller here, even as a side gig it's hard to just leave the platform despite this incident. I'm still hopefully they'll do right by me as well.

I have been sending them multiple emails and what's unfortunate is p a y p a l keeps directing my inquiries back to Poshmark! I'm beyond irate and so disappointed at Poshmark for not providing me with answers.

I just actively started selling here i think July or August of this year and between this and my day job, it's a lot of work! So for the platform not to acknowledge your emails either is questionable. After all that work you put into becoming an ambassador!
