Lightweight open cardigan

Like new sheer chiffon type accent fabric and a lightweight jersey type fabric, this tag says large, but the arms are a bit snug on me, I wear a size 12 usually and my upper arms measure 12", so if you have slender upper arms, this is your treasure!
