darkwater @bbaker2229 I added more photos. I hope this helps you. I measured the band inside band and it stretches up to approximately 12”. The mannequins head is 21 inches around and the hat fits that perfectly & I didn’t stretch it. So I would think it can fit 20-24” head. Thank you for asking
