We gave this a quick bath but did not take the time to remove the wax. It is in usable condition as is. We did add new felt feet. The majority of our items are sourced from estate sales, storage lockers, yard sales, or thrift stores. We store our inventory in a climate-controlled, smoke-free shop away from cooking smells and our pets. We use recycled materials in our day-to-day operations, including for packaging and shipping, whenever possible.
