Dr Who Mini Figurines BBC issued. Flawless 4 Pc

I dont know very much about Doctor Who. In fact, I thought one of these was Conan OBrien and one was Ludacris. I looked at these really well. They look like theyre in perfect condition and they are ready to be enjoyed by somebody else.
