This gorgeous bust is in fabulous condition with only some usual paint wear. Her flowers are reds and purples her jeweled necklace is a green jade color. Joe Celona was born in Italy in 1860. By 1918 Celona had a studio in Los Angeles where he produced chalkware busts, bookends, and placques. He died there on Jan. 13, 1933.

bele321 Hi, Thanks for your offer. I am very interested in this item. It might take me a day or two to decide (of course, I understand if someone else grabs it in the meantime). My Mom has one of these that was badly damaged and we’re looking for a replacement. Yours is the nicest I’ve found, but it is her decision, ultimately.
