Vintage MCM parakeet figurines made by Olimco in Japan. Set of 2. Hand painted ceramic. Flat color, not glazed. Parakeets are sitting on floral branches. One bird is painted red with blue, yellow, and black. Other bird is yellow with orange, green, and black. They are about 7 3/4 inches high, 3 1/4 inches long, 2 1/8 inches wide. Really pretty! Good vintage condition: no chips or cracks. They do have some wear from age and use in the form of worn paint spots. These are small, and are mainly on flower and branch edges. Red bird has some on the body and head.
