NEW WITH TAG | Black Express Off Shoulder Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @trendy_4_u. Loved it but it was too big for me and I can’t wear the off the shoulders it falls down too far! Also want ti add the long sleeves are split up to the elbow.
