Hello Kitty Hardshell Carry On Suitcase in Blue -features four wheels -hardshell exterior -no rips or tears on interior -all zippers work -handle extends and works well -dimensions are 12.5 inches wide, 20.5 inches long (including wheels) -handle fully extended is 19 inches !!!exterior has minor scrapes. does NOT affect ability of suitcase. please see photos!!!
