Rose hips are the fruit of the rose plant. Rose hips are very good for the immune system. Rose hips have one of the most highest amount of vitamin C that any fruits and vegetables. Very good for your heart. Can reduce joint pain and many other health benefits of rose hips. Check online for the other health benefits. Make a tea by adding 1 to2 teaspoons in cup of boiled water. Let sit 15 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold. If the taste is too tart add some honey or sweetner. I have just eaten the rose hips raw right off my trees. You might want to take out the seeds. I have also made syrup from the rose fruit. There's not much taste if you eat them dried but you can make a wonderful tea with them.
