This is a Rowe Pottery Vintage 2004 Storm Jar. This is a stoneware jar with a candleholder on top, and a hand-painted blue dragonfly design. As with all Rowe Pottery their pieces are microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. This Storm Jar includes two candles as seen in the photo. This piece has never been used nor damaged. It is a beautiful piece for decor or even a certain ambiance vice a traditional candle holder.
