Cute and soft pants by Kuhl - called Born in the mountains. I have other pairs on here in different colors but there is one major difference with these - they don’t have snap pockets like the others. And there is a stain on the mid calf of the right leg. It’s not noticeable to me unless you are up close but there is a pic for you to assess that for yourself. The measurements are in pictures.
