trinity_15 @sticklegs can you please reset it because sending it? When resetting anything from Apple you have to have a password to your Apple ID. It would just make it easier if you do it before sending

brob1970 @sticklegs you actually need to do that because for me to do that I need your Apple ID password. I have already been through that nightmare. And installation is just two wires. HDMI and power. Not that difficult. I will only buy if reset and please provide picture proof.
