Save on hemming! Lulu's mermaid dress in forest green. Beautiful cool green shade. Hemmed so that from armpit to hem is 49". I am 5' 4" and wore it with flats and the straps fully tightened - I gave armpit measurement since you might wear straps differently than I did (would probably work for someone up to 5' 8" who doesn't have a short torso like me.
