This is a vintage silver pinwheel tie tack in excellent condition. I added a few photos of this on a tie but also on women's wear. I use men's tie tacks to help close women's gaping shirts to hide cleavage. These tie tacks work phenomenally with this issue. Or as a lapel pin. I will mail same business day.
