I cannot express how luxurious the fabric looks in person! It is such a cute romper, only selling because it doesn't fit. I'd say that the size is more of an XS. The measurement across the waist is 13", across the hips about 19.5", 2" inseam. There is no stretch, the green fabric is thick with a bit of a sheen.
