bmorrow11 @resa7833 hi there! no rips or stains. the only flaw is that there are 4 broken cinches on the waistband that help cinch the elastic on the bottom of the jacket. These are helpful if you're skiing and want a seal between your snow pants and jacket. They are not important for everyday use. I'm just letting this piece go because I'm moving and I need to downsize.
