kjsjems @kdmangrich Hi there… thanks for your interest… the shoes were for casual use, some walking, no running. If I had to put a a quantity of times used, maybe 10-20 times. Had gel inserts so inside is clean. I wanted more arch than these provided. Hope this answers your questions.
