Bold and metallic is this silver mini skirt by Express! Is smooth and supple to the touch on the outside and has a velvety soft inside next to your skin. This piece is stitched all around except at the hem, it’s simply cut, I tried to show this in the pics. Has four working pockets, a standard button and zip fly, belt loops, and is a size 6. This piece is brand new with tags, never been worn, but is labeled correctly a size 6 on the inside label and a 14 on the outside store tag. I needed the 14 so this clearly didn’t fit so that’s how I know it’s correctly a size 6. Is machine washable and lying flat measures approximately 15 inches at the waist and 16 1/2 inches from waist to hem. Such a fun piece for any occasion!
