David’s Bridal Oleg Cassini short sleeved lace and sequin formal gown in steel blue. Scoop neck front with a v-back and cap sleeves. Size 12, and was altered slightly to be full length (not floor length!) for 5’1”. Originally a mother-of-the-bride gown, but would also work for any formal event! New with tags, altered but never worn.
