Modified Selkie XS Blue Toille Dress

Selling a used and modified Selkie blue toile dress! This dress used to have the long puff sleeves that I transformed into straps for the summer heat! No additional modifications were made. One of my all time favorite dresses, but sadly it doesn’t fit me anymore. This dress comes from a smoke free home, though I do have a cat, but the cat does not have access to my dress closet.
