mandy_123 @mercedesriina hi!! Omg I’m so sorry that’s happening! I just emailed hatch support to Deregister it from my account. I will let you know as soon as they do that and she should be good to use it! I apologize I hadn’t been using it and didn’t even think to take it off my account 🤦🏻‍♀️

mandy_123 @mercedesriina they removed the hatch from my account as of Wednesday! She should be able to use it now no problem, let me know if she has any further issues!
