This is a gown made by Hebeos. I had the measurements done to my specifications. The gown is a beautiful Royal Blue. The measurements and details are in the last picture. Worn once for a winter holiday festival. The gown comes with a mini skirt that the organza goes over.

@kblack1920 I just posted pictures of it on. The black sleeves and black under the skirt are not part of the dress. I had leggings on and a T shirt on underneath. There are no rips or tears.
