Every witch needs a beatiful hat;)) I have several...;) I love taking beautiful hats like this and staging them in piles of fall leaves;)) This gorgeous hat is 18" wide total. The opening for your head is 8", and has an inside velcro /elastic adjuster so if you want to use it for a child, or have a smaller head it will comfortably fit.
