julzee111 hi. I am a little upset that you did not disclose the damage - the chip on the rim. It looks as if it's been avoided in the photographs. What I am more upset about is the fact that you listed this as a bamboo brush pot. It is not made from bamboo. It is made from resin which takes it from $1000 value to more like $40. So you can imagine my disappointment. had I seen the chip I would've known it was resin I would appreciate it u wud reimburse me for half the value. Thank u. Julie

julzee111 I'm not sure how you pick this up and assume that it is made of wood. It is so incredibly heavy that it makes it quite obvious that it is not made of wood, let alone bamboo.

hgoodm3 @julzee111 hi, I am sorry you are disappointed. There is chipping as indicated in the pictures, if there is more chipping than indicated, it was not prior to shipping. The description states: “Antique Chinese molded Composition Brush Pots in high relief with figures and pierce work to bamboo background. There is some chipping as indicated in photos.” In regards to the chipping and bamboo background. I tried to be as clear as I could in the description.
