Brand new never worn. Purchased last winter and never worn. These are stretchy and will FIT OVER WIDE CALVES EVEN WITH LEGGINGS OR THIN PANTS ON. I have close to 18 inch calves and they fit lol. Herl high is 4.25 and it feels pretty comfy ro wear for a couple hours when I tried them on. Small scuff i took a pic of on one boot but not noticeable i think from being in the dust bag.
