Talbots fit & flare blue and white dress size 6

Talbots “fit and flare” style dress. Cotton with 2% spandex dress (polyester lining). Dress has nice texture to the woven cotton. Very flattering fit. Princess seams. Skirt has pleats to make it wider. Navy & cornflower blue & white print. Pockets! Print is symmetrical down the center. This is my favorite dress but I’ve lost weight, and keep getting it in smaller sizes because it’s my favorite one. 17.5” pit to pit. 15” across ribbon trimmed waist. 38.75” long. No flaws. Smoke free dog friendly.
