@cjcarter01 okay well that one picture wasn't so great. but yes it's 12x9 with a handle and strap. the strap is at its smallest right now but it has extension for probably another 6 in

well the bottom piece measures 5 in but when you hold it up it measures 4 in. so when you put things in it it actually shows 4 in. but your bottom piece is a solid 5 in so it depends on how full you fill it. I'm adding two more pictures
