David’s Bridal Flutter sleeve dress

Beautiful dress worn once for a wedding hemmed to fit 5’3. Has flutter sleeve design a line fit in color marine (color in first photo) Chiffon overlay with a pleated top faux wrap style very flattering. Style # F20065 material is polyester. Only flaw is the small stitch in the front that keeps it from being not so low cut came undone and simply needs to be redone. For that reason I’m open to any offers!
