Like new boys dress shoes in size little kid 9. My 4 year old wore them in his aunt’s wedding this summer. He wore them only for the ceremony and changed into his cowboy boots for the reception, so they were barely worn. I have the same pair listed in size 11 on a separate listing that his brother wore.
