Size S. I only wore it ONE time with panties on and washed it after. The lace parts have silicone bands. It fits me but wearing shape wear doesn't make me happy. I learned to love my body how it is. I'm 5'1 1/2" 157lbs 34DD with thick thighs and calves. If it makes you happy, or need be snatched for 1 day in specific, no shame on it, buy it. Be happy.
