From Banana Republic Factory, new with tags NWT. Size medium. Royal/sapphire blue print short-sleeve blouse. The top has small white leaf/bird type print. Sleeves are gathered to provide a puff/cap style sleeve that falls slightly below what’s a typical “short-sleeve”, but still a few inches above the elbow. The back has a small button closure on top.
