kinammwei @susannemedina Thank you for your comment regarding this jacket being sent to the wrong address. PM hasn’t responded at all regarding their mistake for the 2 items sent to the hotel. Thankfully I contacted a third seller before she sent it to the hotel. She held it for 3 days before a new shipping label was sent. PM hasn’t responded to my requests for compensation for the postage for your jacket or the jeans they had shipped to the hotel.

kinammwei PM is a big company. I am am 1 customer & 2 sellers know about the mistake they made so they don’t care. There’s no way to inform customer’s about their failure to fix this. How many other people have had botch ups made by PM? I like things being sold on PM & have respect for the sellers regarding this incident. Unfortunately I have no faith in PM.
