From my personal collection - purchased from Nordstrom prior to 2010. Ring is approximately a size 7 or 7.5 based on my try-on. It has a goldtone band with the Betsey Johnson logo and a single rhinestone inside to the left of 'Betsey'. The gumball has a 3" circumference and is surrounded by clear rhinestones. The gumball is clear, and inside, it has a red diamond shaped gem. You can see it from the side, but from the top, it just looks like a red circle. This is a unique piece and, like all of Betsey Johnson's jewelry, it is clever.
