Eliza J Crimson Cocktail Dress has a halter tie concept with ruffles flowing down the front in back for a flowy cascade as you walk across the room. Minor tear at ribbon tie is barely noticable, but this can EASILY be corrected. Otherwise in EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!
