@mcisn015 it is a customer return. There is no damage or dirt but customers can keep it for up to 14 days before returning and we have no way of knowing what they did during that time.

@mcisn015 so all dresses I have have been ordered through the lulus online website and then the customer decided to return them, usually it’s because the dress didn’t fit or they didn’t like the style.

@allurebymaya oh I see. I’m assuming it is because they are past the 30 days for them to return it directly back to Lulus, is that correct? Also is it possible to get pictures of the small to see its condition? I am interested in it

@mcisn015 the video uploaded is of the small. No what happens with most brands is that items returned arrive at a warehouse and don’t get put back at the website (doesn’t matter if the person only had the dress for one day even) so they sell them to resellers that’s why you find a lot of brands for a lot cheaper on Poshmark.
