Waterford Crystal started producing the finest quality hand cut crystal in Ireland in 1783. Rising production costs forced the company to move production overseas in 2009 so vintage pieces like this are getting more difficult to find. The bowl is made from the finest quality crystal and is thick & heavy. It measures 9 inches wide by 4.5 inches tall and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The acid etched Waterford mark is on the bottom and dates the bowl to before 2000 when Waterford changed their logo.
